Diamond member reward

As a "Diamond Member," Xfinity offered me a free lifetime subscription to Peacock Premium and NO ONE at Xfinity has been able to activate it for me I have spent hours on the phone with various people at Xfinity, some of them promised that they would resolve the problem, but the service is still not activated. I do not want to waste any more time speaking to someone who can't help me. It is very sad that after being a loyal customer since 1983 this is my "reward ". Thanks for nothing.
