App Entitlement Refresh

I have been attempting to Activate Apple TV for over a week with no success. I get as far as the Apple site and it either ask me to start a trial or gives me “this subscription cannot be found.” I have the StreamSaver bundle with Apple. I am requesting an App Entitlement Refresh to fix the situation.

If you still receive "Something unexpected happened" or similar errors after trying the steps above, the issue is likely on Xfinity's provisioning side.

  • Ask for a "Refresh": When speaking to support, specifically ask them to refresh the entitlement or resend the activation signal for your Apple TV+ subscription.
  • Escalation: If the first representative cannot fix it, ask to have the ticket escalated to a level that can inspect your account's subscription link to Apple.
