I have two xumo boxes one will steam the xfinity the other will not. When I first set them up they both worked now one doesn’t. You try and get help by calling can’t get anyone robo thing just keeps bouncing you around. There online is a joke and just keeps trying to sell you peacock. Error code TVAPP-00209. How do I fix this?
@JustinC1 Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear the Xumo box is not working as it should. What troubleshooting attempts have you tried so far? Did you try rebooting the box manually or through the Xfinity App?

If you are using a SMART TV of any kind, the XUMO box is not needed, and will cause this error message to occur. Try removing the XUMO box. Hope this helps!

We have two Xumo boxes and the Xfinity app will list the channel guide and everything. But when you click on a station we get the:
THIS VIDEO CANNO BE DISPLAYED.
We’ve run into a problem while streaming.
(Error: TVAPP-02009)
TRY AGAIN.
troubleshooting hasn’t worked.
please help
