Xfinity Connect on Safari: "ERROR: Failed to load messages. Retry"

Suddenly, when I open Xfinity Connect, the Inbox tries for several seconds to load and doesn't and finally an error message appears "ERROR: Failed to load messages. Retry".... Retry turns out to be repeating the same thing expecting a different result....doesn't work either.

I've emptied the cache and cookies on Safari (Mac AirBook). Rebooted. Still the same. Checked internet download speed (120 Mb/s). Rebooted modem/wifi.

This problem is also now on my iPhone.

What gives?

Thanks for letting me know..... at the same time I was having connectivity problems with my TV (now resolved, better than ever).. So I was fearful, my Comcast world was caving in.   I keep this type of issue in mind the next time.

Same issue , cleared cache and cookies. Shows that I have 14 new emails however the folder is empty and I never delete emails. Speed test shows strong download and up load speeds. I can access account and billing ect.. just not email
