Suddenly, when I open Xfinity Connect, the Inbox tries for several seconds to load and doesn't and finally an error message appears "ERROR: Failed to load messages. Retry".... Thanks for letting me know..... at the same time I was having connectivity problems with my TV (now resolved, better than ever).. So I was fearful, my Comcast world was caving in. I keep this type of issue in mind the next time.
