Xfinity telephone customer service agent

I'd like to comment on an Xfinity telephone customer service agent. This call took place this morning,  January 21, 2024. The agent's name is "Jay."

He was very professional & efficient! I was so pleased, and grateful.

I was looking at my Comcast statement online this weekend & noticed "Netflix," was added to my bill last month. I never added it so Jay quickly offered to remove it. 

He was great about explaining how this could have happened. Xfinity's customer service has always been good, "Jay" is just exceptional!!
