Where to submit a complaint about an online support chat agent?

My experience with an online chat support agent was negative, and it included some very suspicious propositioning, requests for personal information, and now apparently concluded in the agent failing to take the steps that they indicated that they would--and the sole reason for my contacting them in the first place. I have the transcript saved for review. Please advise on an xfinity-based contact mechanism.
