To the technician that came out to fix our cable line on 6-22-26 @ 4:30 pm

I don't remember his name but we were his last stop yesterday & he did great fast job. He deserves a raise. We would give him a 100% if we could. We give him a 10. We didn't receive a survey in our email so I did it here lol. He's 1 out of 2 who works Burke county GA & is new I believe. Great job man. Thank you very much

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8-Press Enter to send it.
