No option to activate pod on the app
Yes I have done what it says on the site. It’s not under the account tab on the app. I have also made sure Bluetooth is enabled. No luck. I know the pod works I’ve been using it for a year. I just can’t add it back to the mesh network because the option to add it does not show up in the app.

Here is a great place to start: Activate or remove your WiFi Boost Pods using the Xfinity app Let us know if you still have any issues once you have followed the steps outlined in the link above.
