Can’t log in
I am having a hard time logging into my Xfinity account. On the app it says I don’t have authorized access to look at my account and the website just keeps showing a loading screen with a pop up saying that there has been a problem. I don’t know how to fix this and it has been doing this for three hours now.

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your question here. I believe the reason you are having difficulty getting access to your Xfinity account online is that I am unable to find an account tied to the log in you used here in the Xfinity Forum. This means that a login was never created for the account or you may be using the incorrect login credentials for your Xfinity account (different email and password). If you have never registered or logged in before to your account online then you will need to follow the directions for creating your Xfinity ID (found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-xfinity-username). If you do not remember your original Xfinity account login credentials you will need to find or change your Xfinity ID (that information can be found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username).
