"Your favorite movies" airing soon and "Your favorite movies for free" disappear

Under Saved --> For you --> Below TV Recordings has been "Your favorite movies airing soon" followed by "Your favorite movies for free" has disappeared. I have entered again from my list and they are there for a bit but then they disappear again.

Any suggestions

Jocasa Thanks for reaching out and asking this question. I know how important it is to save my favorite movies and programs so if they were disappearing I would be asking the same question too. Xfinity DVRs automatically delete recordings when space is needed, starting with the oldest ones. This can happen if you selected the "Save until space is needed" option when setting a recording.

My current disk usage is less 40%. To be clear it's not deleting actual movies it's deleting the list that tells me if the movies are airing soon or are available free somewhere.

Thank you

Jocasa Are those that are being deleted what you scheduled for a future recording?

No.

Go to saved --> For you --> Go just below TV Records/recents networks and there are two categories. "your favorites movies airing soon" followed by "your favorite movies". These are images/lists. Allow me to select to record and/or watch. These are what disappear. They are from movies I have in "my list".

Jocasa We can look closer into this on our end today for you. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I am having what I believe is the same issue as Jocasa, the originator of this thread, with a minor variation in the description.

When I navigate thus: xfinity button > Saved > For You -- and then scroll down, after "Favorite Channels" I normally see two more entries:

"Your Favorite Movies Available for Free" (or very similar to that.)

and

"Your Favorite Movies Airing Soon" (or very similar to that.)

For the last several days both of those entries have been absent. This is true for both of our TV's and STB's. We rarely use one of them, so I don't know if the entries are usually present on the secondary TV or when they disappeared from there.

This issue occurred a few years ago. I called (yes, called) Xfinity. I don't know if that was the reason but within a few days both entries reappeared.

Calling Xfinity is now difficult at best. I tried to generate a call FROM Xfinity, but was informed callbacks were currently unavailable for TV.

I tried chat, but I am stymied by the lack of a category for my issue.

I hesitate to use the Direct Messaging button here without an invitation directed to me. (Might try that next.)

No solution is listed in this thread, only an invitation to use Direct Messaging.

I use the two missing entries frequently. I am aware of no other convenient way to be aware of My Favorite Movies being available for free or airing soon. In fact, these are the only two entries under "For You" that I use at all and I would love an option to move them to the top of the "For You" "column." (I do use "Favorite Channels," but not in "For You."

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
