Xumo box

My box seemed to reset and is now just letting me use the settings. But I cannot get out of settings to watch apps and such.

Hey @user_i5eru6, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to assist with troubleshooting the Xumo Stream Box. We would want to perform some basic troubleshooting steps.

Could you please unplug the Xumo Stream Box for 20-30 seconds and plug it back in. Once you get to the menus, are you receiving any error codes/messages when attempting to navigate? Are you able to use the voice control to open an app?
