Xumo app on x1 is not working for favorites
Using the Xumo app on my x1 box is not working. I have a network setup as a favorite and when I access i, it times out without bringing up the network content to watch on demand. If I use the app on my iPhone/tablet is works as it should. I contacted Xumo directly and they said it had to be Xfinity that corrected this issue as it is an app on their box.
I went to Xfinity store and they said to replace the box, which they did and the issue was not corrected.

You select a channel as a favorite, then you can access the channel when you select networks the channel shows up first as your favorite.
when you select the network the shows show up to be able to be selected for on demand viewing. This is not happening, it just times out.

Update, we received another main box and it is now working on it, but the additional boxes ( we have three) it is not and it times out. I tried additional channels/ networks and got the same results.
