XRE-03059 (West Roxbury, MA)

Is anyone still getting an error code XRE-03059 on Xfinity? Still not resolved. Can not access several stations. They did determine it's not in my house. 3 technicians have been to my house but now they say they have to send a maintenance guy.

the numbered channels com in on RF channels themselves (QAM) and that code means that the frequency used by the channel(s) have low signal, noise, or both. A tech visit will be needed to determine if it is happening before the home connection or within the home.

Hi @RaginBull,

Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forum to share your experience. I agree with @Rustyben. My team and I can investigate the premise signal levels and the node. If a tech is needed, we can schedule one to come out. After confirming the issue isn't within your home, the field tech will open the referral for the maintenance team. My team and I can keep in contact with you while this is being taken care of. Can you send a private message? To send a private message, click on my name, "ComcastChe," and then click send a message.
