Xi6 Wireless 4k Box
I have been trying to obtain an Xi6 4k wireless box. I had spoke with customer service and two times they sent me the xi5 HD box after ensuring me it was 4k. I have also checked my lical store multiple times and they never have it in stock.

We can certainly assist in getting you an wireless Xi6 set-top box. The local Xfinity Stores will not have them in stock and can only be received by shipping.Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
