XG1v4 request
Hello,
One of my DVRs recently died (no longer boots) so I looked into replacing our old DVRs with the XG1v4 4k DVRs (Since we have 4k TVs.) but they're not available at the local Xfinity stores. I was wondering if it would be possible to get three of them to replace our old DVRs?

You will need to request a new box from online in the chat section or call the 1800comcast number and keep asking for a representative.
