Xg1v4 (AX014AN)

Hello. I signed up for Xfinity TV Service today at a local store. The store gave me a XG1v1 (MX011AN) DVR TV Box. It does not support 4K and the Disney+ app.

What is the process to receive a XG1v4 (AX014AN) DVR TV Box?

Update: I did receive a tracking number in my email.  The next day I received an XG1v4 (AX014ANM) DVR TV Box.  All is good now. Thank you, Xfinity store, for ordering me a replacement device to be sent directly to my home.

Unless a local store has one in stock, the only way to get one is to cross your fingers, pray, and hope for the best.

I went to a different Xfinity store, and they ordered me the XG1v4 (AX014AN) DVR TV Box.  The Xfinity phone agent wanted to charge me $15 for shipping even though the store gave me a XG1v1 (MX011AN) that is not 4K and doesn't work with many apps like Disney+.

My question is what DVR TV box will they ship to me?

@user_b70e49​ Everytime this comes up after they've provided the wrong box or one that doesn't work, I tell them to drop that charge.   So far, they have.

@gaverv Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. Our app and online services are going through an over haul as we integrate. However, the status should update. Are you experiencing an issue with the cable boxes?

Xfinity Support tried for a day & 1/2 & TV service actually got worse. Typical experience from Xfinity.
