Xfinity X1 Boxes In Dunnellon Florida issue
From what i found out, is that in Dunnellon and other surrounding area's you can't use the X1 Boxes, the Installer said because of the Coding or something like that, so X1 Boxes won't work in Dunnellon area..
Which pretty much bites, I would like Comcast to fix this problem, if it's only an issue of coding and how the Main Office streams cable this should be pretty much an easy fix for every one..
They need to get going on fixing this and not leave us out of this technology..
Any one know about this and why Comcast has not done anything to address this issue?

Thanks for reaching out @user_cdadc9! I'm so sorry you've having this issues. I've never heard of an issue where Xfinity customers weren't able to use the cable box if they have cable services. What happens when you try to use the box?

Well now they are emailing us (7/11/2023 and 7/14/2023) with links to order X1. But you take the link and get a message that we have the latest equipment or we are trying to access a restricted area. We drove all the way to Leesburg to inquire but they didn't know. Did you receive those emails?
