Hey there, I would be happy to help with your X1 box settings. We definitely want to make sure that your box is set up correctly. Have you tried restarting the box if you are having issues with the question sticking? Is the voice guidance on and are you wanting it to be on or off?
@XfinityJeniece I did reset the box, didn't help so I went to my local xfinity store and explained them the issue, I also showed them a video of the problem and told me it was the box that wasn't working, so they gave me another one went home plug it in and it worked just fine
