xfinity service and box [Edited: "Language"] another unhappy customer

Paying for a service and nothing but issues service constantly going out over 14 times in Dec alone exchanged to new boxes and slow reaction takes forever for Netflix or any other subscription to load freezing and lagging so bad xfinity is supposed to credit my account just fix the [Edited: "Language"] issues going to cancel and get Starlink and satellite if it's not resolved
