x1xg1v4 4K box

Need to order a 4K capable box (x1xg1v4) as a replacement for my current 1080p box. Already tried once and all I got was the exact same box I currently have.

Hello @user_630342

Very sorry to hear you had issues with getting this 4k replacement. Let's get this sorted out. Have you attempted to stop down locally to swap the unit yet? Appreciate you getting us in the loop to help.

My understanding is that stores do not stock the 4K box.

There also doesn't appear to be a way of calling the Danbury CT store directly to ask them.

You are correct that there is no direct contact number to the local store. We can always ship one to you if you desire. Just be aware there will be a shipping cost. Let us know what you would like to do as we are here to help.
