@jebster1 I'm sorry that the XR15 remote is not working. I know this can really put a damper on viewing your favorite channels. Are you still able to control the TV power and volume? The remote may need to be re-paired with your device. There's a great video with the steps in that link. Have the batteries been changed recently? If pairing the device again does not help you can download the Xfinity Remote app to an apple or android device to control your channels until we can replace the remote. This app is great for when there's an issue like this, or you lose the remote.
