X1 tv getting errors

My x1 tv package consistently getting xre03057 and xre03059 errors.   I can restart the cable box and it will work for a short time,  not even hours, and then get the errors again.

Hi @costrasser, thank you for filling us in on your issue. These errors typically mean that your box is not receiving the proper signal, once the box detects this it will try to correct the issues. Have you made sure that the coax cable is tightened finger tight into the wall outlet, and the cable box?

Once you tighten things up, please let us know if you are still experiencing these error codes.

Yes i have verified the connections are right.   Today we had picture but no sound.   This is getting really frustrating.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
