X1 reset

How do I reset my x1 , my grandson broke the Demi cord so I had to buy another one but now I have a new one the picture isn’t popping up, it just keeps saying looking for signal.

user_lihcxq I believe you mean a HDMI cord and you got a new one. Have you checked all your sources to make sure the TV is on the correct input source.
