X1 dvr issue with resume

Would you fix this issue already? We pay good money for this service and you fast forward and it stops up to 60 seconds before the recorded program or at time it won’t fast forward. It’s like your finding ways to force us to watch the worthless commercials and political ads

@garygoldsmith Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. We are aware of the issue with smart resume. We are working towards a fix for this known issue, there’s currently no estimated time of resolution.
