X1 cable box

I currently have an Arris XG1v4 DVR cable box.  

The DVR option is rarely, if ever used - and would like to eliminate the DVR service fee.

Is there a X1 NON-DVR cable box that supports 4K and is preferably not wireless, which I believe the Xi6 is.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

There is not unfortunately. However, I would check because you may be able to drop DVR service as I believe that is enabled via software. 

The Xi6 supports a Ethernet connection if you don't want to use it wireless.

Thanks for posting this inquiry! I understand that you'd like to eliminate the DVR fee while also keeping your 4K options. Currently, we don't have a Non-DVR box that supports 4K, but that doesn't mean we can look for ways to save on your bill. -Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it
