X1 Box not playing Dolby Vision or Atmos

Do any of the apps on x1 play Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos. I have the audio on expert. I have a certified cable, my tv is 4k and will do Dolby Vision. All I ever get is HDR when I watch a movie like on Disney Plus or MAX. But when I go to my built in Roku on the tv and watch the same movie it will show DV. I was told 2 days ago by Comcast that non of the X1 boxes would play DV or Dolby Atmos? He also told that there were no boxes that would play DV or DA. This has been going on forever with them, they just recently worked in my area and now my internet download speed went from like 980 to 40 so they give me a $20 credit. And now my self owed modem "since they worked in my area is not approved".  My tv box is model AXO14ANC. Than you to anyone who can help me. I'm paying around $275 not including my other streaming  services.

The XG1v4 DVRs do not do Dolby Vision.  Apparently the wireless Xi6 box is needed for DV.  I went around and around with Xfinity support about that during the World Cup and they finally acknowledged my X1s are limited to HDR.

Can't remember about Atmos and I don't use Xfinity for streaming at all anymore.  Will check when I get a chance.  UPDATE: I get Atmos on Netflix with the Xfinity app.
