X1 4K DVR XG1v4 box availibity
I tried to get an X1 4K DVR XG1v4 box about 8 months ago and was continually shipped the Xi6 units (total of 6 were shipped). Are they now available and can I order one?

You will need to order one through an employee in Customer Service forum. This the only way they can be gotten. The new obes mat disappoint you compared to your old one.

@malvord Thanks for checking in again for a new 4K DVR. Inventory has been replenished, however when shipping devices we can't promise the type of device shipped since it is specific to what is available at the warehouse. Since we had so many failed before you can try going to the Xfinity store. The 4K DVR's are usually available for pickup and the one way to know that you are receiving the right device.
