x1 4K box availability

I was at the Deptford xfinity store location last week and they did not have any 4K boxes. I was told they would be in soon. I was given a business card by one of your reps. I tried calling this morning and got a message stating that the voicemail for this contact has not been setup. I sent an email to the address on the business card and it came back as undeliverable. (Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. 550: 5.1.1 Not our Customer). There is no phone number to call the store directly. I'm getting pretty frustrated at this point. I just need to know if the Deptford location has received any 4K boxes.
