Wrong Time Zone

This is for my 86 year old father that has macular degeneration and uses the voice commands for everything. 

I've been working to fix the time zone on our system.  It was working fine 1.5 months ago, however now it looks like it is getting time in ET vs. MT, it is 2 hours off.  I've rebooted and updated everything, checked the Cable Modem settings, WiFi box settings, and even replaced the primary box and sync'd everything, more than once.  The time zone is still off.  The TV's settings are correct, all connected devices have the correct time and even the TV guide comes up with the correct time of day visually, however when using the voice remote to ask for what time it is, it is 2 hours off.  It has also impacted some reminders of upcoming programs.  I've tried to use the xfinity help and even visited our retail xfinity store, still no help and not working.  

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
