Wireless X1 Box

Is it possible to get a wireless X1 Box shipped to my residence - The store doesn't seem to have the stock lately?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching us via our Forums. Our stores do not keep wireless boxes in stock, but they are available for shipment. Our wireless boxes cannot act as primary boxes, but can be connected on secondary, 4K TVs. Do you need the wireless box for a secondary, 4K TV?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

The issue is that the wireless box will not connect to tv. Earlier today a message received on main screen tv to reboot due to xfinity technical issues. This worked fine on dvr main receiver but on the secondary tv connected to the wireless Xi6-a box continuous message that no signal. I have switched wireless boxes with one on another tv and both boxes work fine on other tv and neither wireless box will work on the original secondary tv. Rebooting tv and box has not helped

If you attempt to connect the set-top box to another television, do you receive picture from the set-top box that also provides an error code/message?
