Why do all TV boxes reboot randomly without command?

I have 6 TVs with 4 different Xfinity boxes attached to them. The past couple of days they have rebooted themselves on their own in the missle of programs. Sometimes it's all of them, and sometimes it's just the main box. Why is this happening?

@user_ecddb4 user_ecddb4 That is a great question. Here are some reasons why your TV Equipment "Reboots".

System-Wide Firmware or Software Update
Xfinity occasionally pushes updates to all boxes, which can cause simultaneous reboots.
These usually happen overnight, but sometimes they occur during the day if updates are delayed or retried.

Signal or Network Issues
If your main box (the “hub”) loses signal or reboots, it can cause secondary boxes to restart as well.
This could be due to:
Weak or unstable coaxial signal
Splitters or amplifiers failing
Loose or damaged cables

Power Fluctuations or Surges
A brief power dip or surge can cause all boxes to reboot.
Consider using a surge protector or UPS (uninterruptible power supply) for your main box.

Overheating
If a box is overheating, it may reboot to protect itself.
Make sure all boxes have proper ventilation and aren’t stacked or enclosed tightly

Faulty Equipment
A failing main box or splitter can cause cascading issues across all connected devices.
If the main box is rebooting more often than the others, it may need to be replaced.

Chances are since all of then are being reset it's most likely a system update.

user_ecddb4 once we determine the root cause we can look into ensuring it does not keep occurring. Out of the listed information we previously provided, do any of those seem fitting for your equipment?
