What does error message XRE 06014 mean?

I can’t play my dvr recordings off wireless boxes. I get an error message saying I have seen it (when I have not) and asking if I want to delete it.  Or I just get an error message XRE06014 saying video is not available.  Why is this suddenly happening?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

Comcast replaced my wireless boxes and never said what caused it…they were not talking to each other or to wired box. they worked two days earlier and then were not working at all…very weird. No storms or outages. We have hard wires wifi boosters on each floor. Just glad it is working again. Mystery.
