Hello there @user_9016fa ! Is this issue happening on multiple TVs or just one? If it is just the one, the first thing I would recommend is resetting the cable box and reseating the method of connection, HDMI for example. If this is still occurring, could you provide more details? Thanks!
this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-reboot-my-set-top-box has great information to fix those type of issues, if you jump on the awesome xfinity app you will see the trouble shooting options. I do recommend doing a hard reboot of the cable boxes & internet connection by unplugging the power cable from the device for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in. Let me know if this information I provided helped.
