Hello, @user_4ducwk! Thank you for creating this post with your TV Box language concerns. I'm sorry checking the menus hasn't helped, and I'd love to see what else we can provide that will resolve this for you!
Press the Voice button on the Xfinity Remote and say "English audio" or "Turn off SAP". Alternatively, while watching the channel, press the Down arrow on the remote twice to bring up the transport bar, navigate to the SAP / Audio Options icon (looks like a speech bubble or audio icon), and select English or Primary. Check if the broadcast audio returns to English.
Press the Xfinity button on the remote to open the main menu. Navigate to the Gear icon (Settings) > Language > Audio Language. Select English and press OK. Verify that the default audio language is saved as English.
If the issue persists, say "Restart TV Box" into the voice remote, or unplug the power cable from the back of the box for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Allow the box to reboot and check if the audio issue is resolved.
Please let us know which step seems to help! And thank you for waiting.

I unplugged power. Waited to replug. Turned TV on. Came back in English for about 10 seconds and went right back to Spanish.
Need technician in person tomorrow.
