V1.14 PXDO1ANI (7437ICU) Loader - There is no software to execute.

I've had this error message on one of my TV's for about 2 weeks now.  Tried Xfinity Support a couple times with zero success.  Anyone else have this problem?  It's an old plasma TV

Hi there @user_85n7di!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can in getting things taken care of for you.  That error message you're displaying doesn't look familiar.  No worries though!  We are glad to take a deeper look. 

 

Before getting started, we do have a few questions...

Are you using an HD input with a HDMI cord?  If so, are you able to confirm that the TC is on the proper input setting?

If you are able to confirm that you're using the proper input setting, is the error appearing on every channel with a picture?  Or are you displaying no picture at all with just the error present?

What is the make and model of the TV you are using?
