Upcoming in Guide No Longer Functioning

The Upcoming Tab in the episode guide no longer shows upcoming episodes even when upcoming episodes exist in the guide.

Multiple reports of the same in my area..

Any ETA on a fix? This is a great feature.

Yes I’ve refreshed, restarted, unplugged, and done everything but change boxes (which I hear doesn’t work) and it’s the same. Now every time I turn on the tv it reverts back to the same channel too (CBS) rather than whatever channel it was last on. Been that way for a month.

@M-Wolverine Hello, thank you for reaching out to us via Xfinity Community Forums. I appreciate your patience in our response back with you. I understand how frustrating it can be when things don't work as they are expected. I'm happy to check into this for you. Can you share if you are having this issue with one cable box or others as well? Is this box a DVR or adapter style? All information will be helpful. We'll do all we can to figure this out.

Interesting. On the main xfinity x1 cablw box it’s not working. But on the secondary wifi box the upcoming and guide seems to be working for the same programs it won’t on the other. I’m not sure what an adapter box is, sorry. It’s a standard 3 year old Xfinity dvr in the cloud box, and a second wifi only box because they couldn’t get a second line to work. Hope that helps.

Would you be able to visit our "Clear Locally Stored Data From Your X1 or Flex Streaming TV Box" support page and clear the local data stored on the main set-top box to see if that helps the guide functionality work?

Yeah, I did that just now, and it fixed nothing upcoming programming wise, but it DID log me out of every app so I now have to sign back into all of them.

Agreed.  This has to be the most annoying error.  I pay way too much money for something like this to be happening for so long.  I've done everything and still no resolution for "upcoming" episodes.  What I don't understand is after reading about so many others experiencing the same thing, why hasn't Xfinity fixed the problem as it's an obvious issue platform wide?  FIX THE EFFING PROBLEM XFINITY.  I'm also getting "conflicting recording times" which is something new that I've never had before.  I have plenty of space too, so telling me I need to upgrade my cloud space is a moot point.  I want some kind of reimbursement for inconvenience.  I've been a customer for 20 years and really considering dropping Xfinity altogether.  This is ridiculous.

Still broken on TV. But accurate in the streaming app!  When will on TV interface get FIXED!!!

@user_a70e61​ still the same for me here as well. App shows upcoming, but the cable boxes don't.
