Unplugged boxes now getting RDK-03003

I bought a new piece of furniture that required me to fully disconnect my cable box and gateway. I unplugged the power and coax to both, put the new furniture in place and then re-connected the coax and power to get the error code RDK-03003.  Internet and tv are both out now. I’ve reset them and tightened all of the connections. Still not working.
