TV

Sunday I requested my phone be disconnected and was having my TV plan changed. I thought all was well. I think one of my TV boxes got disconnected because one TV doesn't work at all and my phone still does. Well, it did until I just now checked Tuesday AM. I can't talk to a person without going through all the chat bots this is so ridiculous I'm about ready to be on my way out.

Hi there. We understand why this is concerning, especially after making changes to both your phone and TV service and then finding that one TV box may no longer be active.

Please check whether the other TV box is still working and let us know what message or error code appears on the affected TV. If the box has power, you can also restart it once to confirm whether it reconnects.

Since we need to review the order completed on Sunday, confirm which TV equipment is currently assigned to the account, and verify whether the phone service was disconnected as requested.

Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address so we can take a closer look?

How to send us a direct message:

- Click “Sign In” if necessary.
- Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
- Click the “Start new conversation” icon, which looks like a pencil and paper.
- In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
- As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
- An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
- Press Enter to send it.

Talk to you there!
