TV Tiling
I get this on channels 848 thru 858. Checked connections and did restart and refresh several times without success. Whats next? Of course these are the sports stations.

Hello, @user_7b621f thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and want to help investigate the TV tiling concerns further if still experiencing issues with channels 848 - 858 Tiling. I appreciate the update that you've already refreshed the equipment as that would be a step to take for troubleshooting.
Some other things you can check are:
- Ensuring the cable connections at the wall plate, and back of X1 equipment are finger tightened
- Check the Status Center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or Xfinity App to see if any reported service issues
I've also worked with customer who were experiencing home network issues, the TV and internet siganl are both sent through the same line. You can also run a whole home network check inside the Xfinity App:
- Open Xfinity App
- Select the WiFi tab on the bottom row
- Select troubleshooting > Test your whole home network
This will help check to see if any anomolies or noise on the home network that may affect the TV signal. I can also run some troubleshooting on my end, which may lead to needing a technician visit if recommended at the end. Please follow up at your convenience if you're still experiencing issues, I'd like to help investigate further.
