Thanks for reaching out about the picture issues. Pixelation is definitely frustrating, and it’s usually tied to signal quality or a connection issue, so let’s walk through a few quick things that often resolve it.

First, check that all cable connections are secure. Make sure the coax cable going into your cable box and wall outlet is tight on both ends. Loose or slightly disconnected cables are one of the most common causes of pixelation.

Next, restart your TV box by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. This refreshes the connection and can clear up temporary signal issues.

If you’re using any splitters, try connecting the cable box directly to the wall outlet (if possible) to see if the picture improves. Faulty or older splitters can sometimes weaken the signal.

Also, try a different channel. If pixelation is only happening on certain channels, that can help narrow down whether it’s a broadcast issue or something with the signal reaching your home.

If the issue is happening on all channels or continues after these steps, it may be related to the signal coming into the home or a line issue outside. In those cases, we’d want to take a closer look and possibly get a technician involved.

Let me know what you find after trying those steps, and I’ll stick with you to get this fully resolved.
