TV device themes: Request to add Olympics themes

I like using the different themes for my TV device, currently using Seasons: Winter Vibes.  There are lots of themes to choose from but I was wondering if themes could be added for the Olympics since they are starting soon.  I would like to have the Olympic rings showing as the icon indicating the time within the program, or maybe some other fun options.  I wasn't sure how to go about requesting something like that.
