Turn off nap mode
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the mandatory 4-hour automatic inactivity mode (Nap Mode) on my Xfinity service. This forced feature disrupts my household, as the box automatically shuts down despite my settings. This is a massive inconvenience for continuous viewing, background use, and household accessibility. Xfinity needs to update its software to allow paying customers to completely disable this automatic shutdown feature. Please log this feedback and escalate it to your product management team.
