Turn off “beep” sound when pressing Microphone button?

It wakes my husband up sometimes when I’m in bed and also, it’s annoying overall? Is there a way to disable the beep? Thanks

Edit: it’s the XR15 remote.

We'll pass the feedback along to our teams to see if this is possible. At this time, there isn't a way to disable the beep in real-life settings.

Are there plans to stop this in the future?  It is truly annoying.
interesting too that the Comcast  commercial showing the grandfather talking to the remote while holding a baby does not have this beep on the remote.
Otherwise the baby would wake up.

you can use the xfinity TV remote app's microphone and not have a beep sound.
