Thursday night football on Amazon Prime

While using the Prime Video App through Xfinity, the pause/rewind/fast forward are disabled. This has been going on for 2 years and it's still not fixed. I am so frustrated paying 2 subscriptions (Xfinity Amazon Prime) and the NFL Thursday Night football game doesn't function properly. Why does it work on computers and other app but via Comcast box and Prime Video it doesn't. Please fix it!!

I went to my other Xfinity box pause/rewind/fast forward was working. Don't understand what's going on.

I have the same Problem.  Pause/rewind works on my WiFi box upstairs, but I can only watch live on my main DVR box which is older.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_058e4e! For troubleshooting purposes, are you able to pause and rewind other live programs on Amazon Prime on this box or is the box unable to pause and rewind any live programing on Amazon Prime?

Same problem here. Luckily, my television has a Prime Video app, so I can bypass this crappy Xfinity box.  I'll take a credit on my account until you get this fixed.
