All of the channels I subscribe to show a This Requires a Subscription message. Why?

I've been trying to find out myself. I contacted Chat this morning and I never received a call back from tech support. I woke up this morning to find no channels except for two QVC shopping channels show up on my two TVs using the Stream App. I then got on my computer and tried to stream live TV channels there. All the channels happened to show up there, but I got a subscription required message every time I clicked on the channels.

@user_0fb91b  Thank you for reaching out through our forum. If you are still having the same issue, Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

Same problem. I can stream through my computer, but cannot watch on TV. Have tried the Xfinity assistant chat bot - totally useless. Tried DM'ing and no answer. Very frustrated why I'm paying for a service I can't use.

Any Reddit users here that are still having problems, I suggest you go to the Comcast_Xfinity subreddit and reach out to the moderators. They were able to get my channels back by re-synching the channels in my package.
