The Cable TV programs are not stable (constantly flirter) after network upgraded to 10G
You have a problem with the cable TV channels that MUST be fixed!!! You charge extra for the upgraded network with poorer performance for the TV programs.
Please reduce my bill until you fix this problem. This problem is reported all over the network from many customers. Stop rolling out this network and fix the problem first.
Wifi is fine with no problems but TV programs are not stable. Your customer service is the also the worse, it small taste of the B.S. AI coming.

Hello, @tman469 I definitely understand your frustration with flittering while you're trying to enjoy your shows. Are you watching your cable programming through a TV box or are you streaming the cable package through the Xfinity Stream App? Please fill us in on some of the troubleshooting steps you've taken. For example, have you checked the wiring for loose connections or splitters that have gone bad? Also, have you taken advantage of the troubleshooting tools within the Xfinity App? Please tell us the results there as well.
