support no TV service

We have internet service but no TV service.  Getting an Error Code - TVAPP-00287 and video cannot play error as well.  In Michigan, please advise.

Same here in Southern Indiana.  Xfinity explain now.  Even your app doesn't work, but my internet connection is fine??????

user_ynp4h2 Thank you for letting us know about the error message you're seeing when you try to watch TV. I'm getting reports that the issue has been resolved. Are you able to check again and let me know if you can watch TV? Do you see an error when you try to watch TV through the Xfinity Stream app https://www.xfinity.com/get-stream?

My television is out and and your [Edited: "Profanity"] customer (dis) service wont answer the phone. This is unacceptable.
