I am having trouble setting up x16 remotes.  One keeps scanning for devices while trying to set up to work tv.  The other is not accepting voice control.  I need someone to call me and walk me through this.

That sounds pretty frustrating. I'm so sorry you've been dealing with such trouble trying to set up the XR16 remotes.

Have you already tried a factory reset on the remotes?

If not, give these steps a try:

  1. Hold down Info (i button) + Home (house button) for three seconds until the LED flashes.
  2. Press Power, Last (left arrow button) and Volume Down (- button) in order.
