We’d be happy to help you figure out what’s going on with the streaming. When you have a moment, could you tell us a little more about your setup? Which apps are giving you trouble, and what brand and model of TV are you using? Are you streaming directly through the TV, or are you using something like a Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or Xumo Stream Box?
We’d also like to know whether the TV is connected through Wi-Fi or Ethernet. If it’s using Wi-Fi, about how far is the TV from your modem or Xfinity Gateway, and are there any walls or floors between them?
Lastly, when the problem happens, does the video buffer or freeze, does the picture drop out, or are you seeing an error message? Knowing whether any other devices have connection issues around the same time would also be really helpful.
Once we know a little more about what you’re experiencing, we can help narrow down where the trouble may be coming from.
